Curry Chicken with Olives
Ingredients: Tip: Add 1 tsp curry powder. |
Method: Heat olive oil in a big pot. Fry the chicken pieces in portions golden brown on medium heat. Cover the pot, add 1 cup of water and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add onions, olives, lemon juice and spices. Squeeze garlic cloves through a press and stir into the pot. Simmer for another 30 minutes until chicken is tender. Spice with salt and pepper. Serve with couscous or rice. |
