Scrambled Eggs with Curry

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Method:

    Chop the peeled tomatoes and onions. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the tomatos, onions to the egg curry mixture. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
